The high-voltage drop-out fuse consists of three parts: an insulating support (Housing), a static and dynamic contact, and a fuse tube. The static contacts are installed at both ends of the insulating support, and the fuse tube is composed of an inner arc suppression tube and an outer phenolic paper tube or oxygen-reducing fiberglass cloth tube.
High-voltage fuse Link, the middle part is made of copper-silver alloy, and the ends are copper and copper lead. The size of the fuse is selected according to the capacity of the transformer. For transformers below 100KV A, Choose 2～2.5 times of rated current. For transformers above 100KV A, Choose 1.5～2 times of rated current; the formula: rated current=rated capacity/(1.73X rated voltage).
The high-voltage current-limiting fuse is suitable for AC 50HZ, rated voltage 3.6～12KV system, and can also be used in conjunction with other electrical appliances (such as switches, contactors, etc.) as protection for overload or short circuit of electric equipment such as motors, transformers, capacitors, etc.
High breaking capacity: the rated breaking current of the product is 40KA～50KA. Low power loss: to ensure that the product has a low temperature rise, this feature is more advantageous when the fuse is used in a fully enclosed insulation device. Low arc voltage: during the breaking process, the arc voltage is low, and when used in a system with a voltage lower than the rated voltage, the arc voltage will be further reduced, so that the 12KV fuse can be used in the 12KV or 7.2KV system without damaging the system insulation danger. The characteristic curve error is small: the time-current characteristic curve error is less than ± 10%, which ensures the reliability of the product.
