The chain hoist rotates by dragging the hand chain and the hand sprocket, pressing the friction plate ratchet and the brake seat to rotate together, and the 5-tooth long shaft rotates the plate gear, the 4-tooth short shaft and the spline hole gear. In this way, the hoisting sprocket mounted on the spline hole gear drives the hoisting chain, thereby stably lifting the heavy object. The ratchet friction disc type one-way brake is adopted, which can brake by itself under load, and the pawl meshes with the ratchet under the action of the spring to ensure the safe operation of the brake. The chain hoist has the characteristics of safety and reliability, easy maintenance, high mechanical efficiency, small bracelet tension, light weight for carrying, beautiful appearance, small size, and durability.
