During storage and transportation, it should be specially noted that do not make it vibrate strongly or subject to impact, and are not allowed to adjust and disassemble without authorization. It must not be used in an environment that affects insulation performance such as rain or snow. In the electrical inspection of multi-layer lines erected on the same pole, low voltage should be checked first, high voltage should be checked later, the lower layer should be checked first, and the upper layer should be checked later. The live equipment should be moved gradually until it emits light or sounds to verify the integrity of the vacuum circuit breaker. Then test on the equipment that needs to be tested.

Vacuum circuit breakers have different forms and types in use. They are a kind of good protection equipment and can play an important role and value in use. They are mainly used to test high-voltage electrical equipment with a voltage above 250V. Before using the vacuum circuit breaker for electrical testing, be sure to read the instruction manual carefully to check whether the test is over-period, whether the appearance is damaged or broken. First, observe whether there is any off-axis phenomenon of the electric rotation indicator blade, whether the alarm sounds, and those who off-axis shall not use it. Then gently shake the electric rotation indicator in the hand, and the blade should swing slightly to prove that it is good, and then check the alarm part, prove that the sound is good. For example, when the GDY type vacuum circuit breaker is taken out of the bag, the indicator of the GSY series high voltage acousto-optic vacuum circuit breaker should be subjected to a self-inspection test before operation, so that the indicator can be rotated and fixed on the operating rod, and stretch the operating rod to the specified length, and then perform a self-check before it can be used.

At present, three types of luminous high vacuum circuit breakers, acousto-optic vacuum circuit breakers, and windmill vacuum circuit breakers are widely used. During the electrical inspection, the operator must wear insulated gloves and insulated boots to prevent damage to the human body caused by step voltage or contact voltage. Note that the vacuum circuit breaker cannot detect DC voltage. The operator should hold the handshaking part below the guard ring, first check on electrical equipment.

The vacuum circuit breaker must be reasonably inspected before use to ensure that it can play an important role and value in use. When using a vacuum circuit breaker for electrical inspection, the operation monitoring system must first be carefully implemented, with one person operating and one person monitoring. They are generally composed of three parts: detection part (indicator part or windmill), insulation part, and handshake part. The operator is in front and the guardian is behind. Do not expose it to the open sun, keep it in a dry and ventilated place, and do not wipe or touch it with corrosive chemical solvents and detergents. When using a vacuum circuit breaker, it must be noted that its constant voltage must be compatible with the voltage level of the electrical equipment under test, otherwise it may endanger the personal safety of the operator or cause a wrong judgment. The vacuum circuit breaker is produced and used in accordance with normal methods and methods to ensure that it can be produced and used in accordance with certain principles and methods. The insulating part refers to the part from the metal connecting screw under the indicator to the guard ring, and the handshaking part refers to cover the part below the guard ring. Among them, the length of the insulating part and the handshake part are different depending on the voltage level.

When testing high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers, the operation must be strictly performed, otherwise it will bring unexpected consequences.
