Manual disconnect switch:
1.After receiving the switch-off command, the operator and the guardian jointly confirm the position and the opening and closing status of the isolating switch.
2.The operator opens the lock of the isolation switch, pulls out the switch pin, and inserts the operating rod.
3.Quickly pull the isolation switch operating rod clockwise or counterclockwise to open and close the switch in place. The operation is accurate and fast, and the opening and closing are in place at one time, and no stop or impact occurs in the middle.
4.The disconnecting switch operated by the main switch and the ground switch must be opened and closed in the following order: when closing, first disconnect the ground switch, and then close the main switch; when disconnecting, disconnect the main switch first. switch, then close the ground switch.
5.After the operation is completed, confirm the opening and closing status of the isolating switch.
1.Operation on the protection measurement and control panel
Turn on the "remote/local" switch of the isolating switch protecting the catenary of the monitoring and control panel to the local position.
Press the opening and closing buttons of the catenary isolation switch to operate. Press the red button to close, the button red light is on; press the green button to open, the button green light is on.
After the operation is completed, confirm that the indicator light is consistent with the status of the isolation switch.
2.Electric operation in the mechanism box body
Open the catenary isolation switch mechanism box, and turn the operation switch to the LOC position (REM is the "remote" position, LOC is the "local" position, and MAN is the "manual" position.
Operate on the opening and closing buttons, the red button is closing, and the green button is opening. After the operation is completed, check to confirm that the corresponding feeder protection monitoring and control panel opening and closing indicator lights are consistent with the circuit breaker status.
3.Manual operation on the mechanism box body
Open the catenary isolation switch mechanism box, and turn the operation transfer switch to the MAN position.
If the control circuit has power, you can directly pull down the hand crank hole baffle on the right side of the mechanism box, insert the "operating handle" into the "hand crank hole", and switch on and off according to the mark.
If there is no control power supply, use a small Phillips screwdriver to insert the small hole on the left side of the hand-crank baffle, then pull down the hand-crank baffle, and insert the "operating handle" into the "hand-crank hole" to operate. Clockwise is closed, counterclockwise is open.
After the operation is completed, confirm the opening and closing status of the isolating switch.
The switch should be locked in time, and personnel should be evacuated.
When operating, wear insulating boots, insulating gloves, and a safety helmet.
It is strictly forbidden to carry out the isolation switch reversing operation with load.
The transmission mechanism of each isolating switch must be locked.
