Opening and closing steps of high-voltage load switch

When the high-voltage load switch is opened and closed, two people are required to be present, namely, the operator and the supervisor. When the switch is opened, the trolley load switch is cut off first, and then the trolley is separated from the bus bar. When the switch is closed, the sequence is opposite. The opening and closing steps of high-voltage load switch are as follows:
1. Opening steps
Press the red button (OPEN) on the cabinet, and the green light on the cabinet is ON, then place the guide rail plate, insert the operating rod into the trolley inlet and outlet hole, and make the trolley separate from the busbar. Open the door, use the foot positioning pin to pull the trolley switch outward so that the trolley switch can be completely separated from the gauge body for maintenance, then lock the entry pin, use the grounding handle to close the grounding switch, and remove the opening key.

2. Closing steps

Insert the key, separate the grounding switch with the grounding handle, and remove the closing key. After opening the door, open the entry pin, push the trolley into the cabinet, close the door, place the guide rail plate, push the trolley to the working position with the operating rod, and press the green button to close the trolley, and the red light should be on.
