Vacuum circuit breakers are currently widely used in industrial production and power distribution, and very common products such as VS1-12 vacuum circuit breakers. However, due to its high rated voltage, large current and strong flying fox ability, there are many problems and hidden dangers. If it is not handled properly, it may cause many accidents. Therefore, this requires us to strengthen management in the process of vacuum circuit breaker selection, installation, operation, repair and maintenance, to monitor and diagnose the status of vacuum circuit breakers in operation, and to deal with common faults in a timely and accurate manner.

1.Commissioning and handover test

Strictly control the debugging and handover test of the equipment to prevent the change of the equipment during transportation and the mismatching phenomenon after the adjustment of the mechanism, especially the problem after the connection between the operating mechanism and the vacuum circuit breaker.

2.Operation and maintenance, regular inspection
· Pay attention to observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon during maintenance operation, such as whether there is abnormal discharge sound after the circuit breaker is disconnected, and observe whether there is any crack or damage in the vacuum interrupter when power is supplied. Immediately report any abnormality found, and operates after the overhaul is confirmed.
· Regularly check the common defects of the vacuum circuit breaker body, such as air leakage in the vacuum interrupter, breakdown of the body insulation, unqualified overvoltage protector, etc. Regular withstand voltage test, measurement of vacuum degree, measurement of DC resistance and opening and closing action voltage are important means to find the above defects.

Inspection and, if necessary, vacuum bulb replacements are required in the following cases:

· When the vacuum interrupter has reached the on-off times guaranteed by the manufacturer
· The vacuum interrupter has reached the specified inspection cycle

· When an abnormality is found in the appearance.
