  1. Product Material & Structural Technology
  • The core arc extinguishing unit adopts high-quality vacuum interrupter with excellent sealing and insulation performance. It produces no oil pollution and SF6 gas pollution, featuring stable arc extinction and zero explosion risk.
  • Insulating parts are made of epoxy resin composite insulating cylinders, featuring high voltage resistance, ageing resistance and moisture resistance, suitable for harsh temperature and humidity environments.
  • High-quality conductive materials are used for conductive loops with low contact resistance and stable current carrying capacity. Rated current ranges from 630A to 3150A with multiple specifications available.
  • Adopts integrated modular structure with compact layout and high mechanical precision, reaching seismic resistance grade 8.

  • Flexible installation methods: fixed type embedded cabinet installation and truck-mounted chassis assembly, easy installation, disassembly and strong interchangeability.
  • Optional CT17, CT19 spring operating mechanism and CD17 electromagnetic operating mechanism, realizing manual, electric closing/opening and remote control.
  • Standard operating sequence: O-0.3s-CO-180s-CO, opening time less than 80ms, fast short-circuit breaking response.
  • Wide applicable working conditions: altitude ≤1000m, ambient temperature: -30℃~+40℃ (operating temperature: -10℃~+40℃), daily average humidity ≤95%. It can operate stably in environments without corrosive and flammable explosive gas.
  • Low daily maintenance requirement. No maintenance needed for vacuum interrupters, only regular inspection on mechanism lubrication and fasteners is required.
