SZ11 Type oil-immersed distribution transformers are known for their high dependability, minimal noise, low temperature rise, low loss, free-hanging core, and lack of oil leakage. In order to ensure the transformer's design margin and its safe and dependable operation, the product uses sophisticated design software to perform electromagnetic calculations. This involves analyzing the transformer's main and longitudinal insulation, impulse voltage gradient distribution, end electric field distribution, short-circuit thermal stability, and dynamic stability strength.

Product overview

SZ11 series on-load voltage-regulating power transformers use CAD design software, with advanced design, reasonable structure, and excellent subject selection. All basic indicators meet the standards of GB1094/2013 "Power Transformer" and GBAT6451/2015 "Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three-Phase Oil-Immersed Power Transformers", and are at the leading level in China. They can be widely used in urban and rural industrial and agricultural power grids, which is of great significance to energy conservation and environmental protection. The stacking method of the core sheets of this product is in stages, which changes the traditional core stacking process and improves the magnetic circuit distribution inside the core, so that the no-load loss, no-load current and noise are reduced by 20% and the load loss is reduced by 10% respectively compared with the transformer with the traditional stacking method core.

Environmental Conditions

1). Ambient air temperature: + 40 °C - -40°C

2). a height of not more than 2000 meters above sea level

3). the wind speed is not greater than 35m/s

4). anti-contamination level for grade IV

5). the earthquake intensity does not exceed 8 degrees

6). no fire, explosion, severe chemical corrosion of the place

Performance characteristics

2.1. Advanced Silicon steel sheet cold rolling core less than or equal to 0.3mm/45 degree trapping cut protection from damp & rust.

2.2. Except the small capacity lower than 315 kva adopted copper conductor, others adopts copper foil intensifing its mechanism.

2.3.Low noise winding cooling device also gives a bonus point of the transformer, which increases 40% working capacity.

2.4.Temperature-sensing device & sensing system makes sure the safety of transformer.

2.5.IP20 of the transformer makes sure the dustproof feature and IP23 the waterproof feature.

2.6.The protective coat ensures the safety of animals and people.
