The low -voltage fuse is composed of a fuse, a fuse base and a fuse supporting part.

2. The working principle of the fuse
 

The load current passes through the melt. Due to the thermal effect of the current, the temperature of the melt has increased. When the circuit occurs overload or a short circuit failure, the current is greater than the normal heating current allowed by the melt to increase the temperature of the melt. The melt fuses by itself and separated the circuit to protect the electrical equipment.
